Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can transfer your ticket to a colleague or friend up to 14 days before the event start date.
Please contact our registration team with the new attendee's full name, title, and email address to initiate the transfer.

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

We offer a full refund up to 60 days before the event. Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days will receive a 50% refund. 
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds within 30 days of the event, but you can still transfer your ticket. Virtual Passes are non-refundable.

Question 3

Do you offer group discounts?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We offer a 15% discount for groups of 5 or more from the same organization. 
Please email our registration team to receive a group booking code.

Question 4

I am a student / work for a non-profit. Are there special rates available?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We have a limited number of discounted passes available for full-time students and employees of registered non-profit organizations. 
Please apply through our scholarship form to be considered.
